Spiritual openness
without any religious
or dogmatic fixation
is hard to come by
in a human world
full of distractions
and attachments
to many things
as personality
and persons
for after all
we all are
just human
in this present
body and mind
simply together
every moment
again and anew
opening or closing
ourselves to spirit
the great harmony
everyone carries
in their heart
in silence.

Stay, if fulfilled and hard.
Continue as long as life lasts, if fulfilled and easy.
