They give up all involvements, not wanting to &#8220;renounce a small home only to get caught up in a big one.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e334cbcafa7754c01f9478802208caa0\" style=\"color:#f7b320\">&#8212; <em>Enlightened vagabond, the life and teachings of Patrul Rinpoche<\/em>, Matthieu Ricard, pp. 9 &amp; 225<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36372d90d6331684f44f85c7b3dde3fa\" style=\"color:#f7b320\">Patrul advised Nyoshul Lungtok: &#8220;Study all philosophical systems without bias. Bias creates distorted understanding.
